The Burlington Bay Campground is run by the city of Two Harbors Minnesota. (27 miles north of Duluth)
Dates/Hours of Operation – The Burlington Bay Campground is open from mid-May to mid-October. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
All pre-season reservations are by phone only. The Book Your Site online reservation system will be active again on May 15, 2017
For big rigs they have plenty of space on a new developed section left of the map below. There is a 70 feet gravel pavement on each site with a fire-pit, table, 30 and 50 amps, water and sewer. The are all pull in sites. The rows are staggered in height, the most left row is the highest so you all have a view on Lake Superior.

Currently they are building a new office an bath house. There is a big groceries store about 2 miles down the road.

This light House is close to the campground.
This campsite is also close to Gooseberry Falls and Split rock lighthouse but you have to go North a few miles.
